Born in Tuscany , Marti (Martina) began working as tourist guide during summer holidays since she was a young girl. Her strong propensity for interpersonal relationships let her deepen her studies of foreign languages and increase her experience in sales and marketing for several Italian wine companies.
She travelled the world to promote Italian food and wine products and enhanced the knowledge of Hotels and Restaurants world, culminated in her most important experience as Hotel Manager of a Relais & Chateaux venue in Puglia (Apulia), Southern Italy, for 5 years. In more then 10 years of direct experience in wine and food events world, she has been learned many secrets of the wonderful world of luxury Hotellerie and high-level Catering.
She has been organized several cultural events, meetings, conferences, weddings and private events, in Italy and in many amazing location all over the world.
This experience greatly enriched her knowledge of wedding planning, which add up to her natural inclination and fantasy about the care and development of equipment for banquets, mise en place and buffets characterized by elegance and creativity. Marti is able to interpret perfectly the wishes of couples and to translate them into unforgettable parties, following them carefully from the project to the wedding day.
Marti has both a Sommelier and Professional Event Planner Degree and she’s the founder and CEO of Wine, Weddings and More Agency that serves all Italian regions
Valentina Talenti

Valentina (Vale) is Marti’s right hand, Italian by blood and explorer by spirit!!
Born and raised in Puglia, she has always been passionate about traveling and meeting other cultures, graduated in foreign languages and cultures, she speaks Spanish and English fluently.
Living and working abroad has given her the opportunity to see the mentality and approach to life of other cultures. Fundamental experiences to better interpret the needs of her couples to allow them to live the best wedding experience.
Working as wedding planner for a big tour operator on the Amalfi Coast has allowed her to make the necessary experience offered to the most diverse couples who choose Italy as their dream wedding destination. Authenticity is at the heart of everything she does, from the way she approaches planning to the look and feel of each wedding.
She works intentionally with the couples to create a cohesive and balanced marriage that reflects their sense of adventure, their style, their personality as well as capturing beauty and Italian culture.
With attention to details, she genuinely loves what she does and she will never stop in the pursuit of creating the perfect wedding for future brides and grooms.
Dolores Lacatena

Dolores is our outgoing and lively young blood.
Born and raised in Puglia, currently living in Rome. Graduated in foreign languages and cultures, with a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Corporate Communication at Sapienza University and a following Master’s program in Event Management. She speaks English fluently and has a base of French and German.
Having contributed to the management of events in the fields of music, catering, tourism, and personal celebrations has granted her over time a profound sense of adaptability to various contexts that may arise and the capacity to understand how to best meet every need.
She enjoys discovering new realities and cultures, always ready to engage in new experiences. This is also a reason why she believes that listening is a crucial value, especially in the events industry, where this predisposition enables her to find the best solutions for every unique circumstance, as well as for every couple of newlyweds.
Contributing to the planning and celebration of significant events, such as destination weddings, brings her a deep sense of fulfillment. This feeling intensifies when the event in question transforms into a cherished memory in the hearts of the people involved.
