He recently won best sommelier in Italy and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the excellent regional wines. Don’t leave, of course, without trying Chef’s pastries. The cannoli—a local delicacy made with sheep’s milk ricotta—are little mouthfuls of heaven.
After dinner, head to our open-air piano bar and relax to the sound of timeless music. With the sea lapping at the shore, there’s no dance floor quite like it. Cocktail in hand, dance the night away as the stars twinkle overhead.
